Dr. Stephen Bloom completed his residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University Medical School. He received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Michigan State University Medical School in East Lansing, Michigan.
